    Nos Johannes dei gratin Boemie Rex ac Lueemburgensis Comes notum faci- mus universis, quod nos attente conspicientes, Civilatem nostram Wratislavien- sem multis fore debitorum lioneribus aggravatam et in aliquibus eliam ipsius par- tibus repuratione muniminis indigentem, volumus de solito Regie benignitatis affoctu, ipsam Civilatem de talibus defectibus relevare ac ejus et inhabitantium inibi fidelium nostrorum conditionem fieri meliorem. Idcoque admittimus et fave- mus illud sirapliciter et omnino volentes, quatenus dilecti nobis fideles nostri Consules Civitatis noslre Wratislaviensis auf ipsorum nomine illi homines, quos ipsi ad hoc duxerint statuendos, universos lapides de eimiterio Judeorum, con- juneto predietc Civitati, qui super terram aut sub terra poterunt inveniri, acci- pere, effodere aut deducere debeant et in usus pro muri reparatione necessarios. ubicunque juxta providentiam neu industriam eorundem consulum opus fuerit, convertere, non obstante Judeorum seu allerius cujuscunque conlradiccnlis repugnantia, quibus silentium circa premissa imponimus in liac parte. Preterea decernimus etc. Datum Prage, in vigilia saneti Wencezlai a. d. 1345.
