(Actum bublice in claustra monasterii Romanense, ubi domnus Odilo abba regimen teuere videtur). — Bernard und seine Gattin Aciliua schenken dem Kloster Romainmôtier einen Lunaticus mit dem Leibeigenen (cum servo) Constabulus und dessen Gattin Biliardis nebst deren Kinder; dieser Besitz, nemlich ein Weinberg mit einer Hofstatt (casale), liegt in der Grafschaft Waadt (in comitatu vualdense) in der Villa Vilar (Villars).
