    Capitulum ecclesie beati Michaelis arcangeli Transsiluane vni- uersis Christi fidelibus presens scriptum inspecturis salutem in omnium saluatore. Vniuersorum noticie tampresencium quam futurorum harum serie declaramus. Quod Thomas filius Pelri de Warda, presencialiter coram nobis constitutus et confessus se totalem medietatem cuiusdam possessionis sue ////:./ uocate indistincte indivise et inseparate absque metis signis seu terminis tam in terris arabilibus quam in alijs uide- licet pratis feuetis siluis uirgultis et nemoribus, ut per suos progeni- tores ipsa terra ab antiquo est habitata et possessa, dedisse tradidisse et irreuocabiliter uendidisse, pro duodecim marcis fini argenti comiti Hebordo filio Meneng de Winc possidendam iure perpetuo per filios lilini'iiin acceptis et plene habitis ipsis duodecim marcis per ipsum Thoroam, ut idem dixit a comite Herbordo prenotato, que quidem possessio a parte meridionali terris uille Ruhcmark a parte occiden- tali terris filiorum Checl, Spreng uocatis, a parte uero septentrionali et orientali terris Scekes commetatur.
