Probst Marquard lässt sich durch das Siegel des Heinrich von Greitzenstein, durch dessen Richtung die Ansprüche des Herzogs Friedrich II. abgewiesen worden, die Schenkung des Priesters Richard, Rohrendorf und Thalheim, bestätigen.

    Manifestum esse cupimus cunctis Christi fidelibus tam presentibus quam futuris quod, dum Richardus vicarius in Chremis longea ante finem vite sue ob remedium anime sue tradidisset ecclesie sancti Yppoliti per manum magistri montis nomine Wichmanni et per manum advocati nomine Hartwici aream quandam in Radendorf et VI iugera vinearum in Tolhaim, eodem sacerdote decedente nobilis princeps dux Austrie et Stirie nomine Fridericus iam dictam aream simul et vineta licet indebite occupavit. Super quo ego Marquardus tunc temporis ecclesie sancti Yppoliti prepositus nobilitatis sue presenciam requirens amicis et dominis meis cooperantibus dominum Hainricum de Gritstenstain tunc suum dapiferum optinui auditorem, coram quo probavi debito ordine iudicii per testes idoneos cives videlicet domini ducis de Chrems, quod iam sepedictus sacerdos aream in Radendorf et vineta in Tolhaim poteratsine qualibet contradictione ecclesie sancti Yppoliti dare et ecclesia eadem secun dum suam donacionem debet omnia data quiete et libere possidere. Sed quia superhabundans cautela non nocet, ego sepedictus Marquardus prepositus Sancti Ippoliti dignum duxi presens factum sum sigillo domini H. dapiferi et per testes idoneos corroborari, quorum nomina sunt: dominus Herbardus prepositus Sancti Georii, magister Pilgrinus decanus de Albersperge, Rudgerus de Topl, dominus Marquardus plebanus de Lichtenwart‚ Reimbertus miles cellerariusb ducis, Wichardus miles...c de Uboeimsdorf,d Ortolfus de Draeschirchen, cives Chremenses; Liupoldus claviger ducis, Albertus de Straelingen, Heinricus cognomine Goldl, Hugo de Muttaren, Gotfridus de Lapideo gradu, Wichmannus de Radendorf et alii quamplures. Acta sunt hec in kal. Mai, Philippi et Jacobi, in civitate Wiennensi, anno ab incarnacione domini MCCXXXV, indictione VIII, concurrente VII.
