    Notum sit omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis, quod nos Chunradus iudex in Sancto Ypolito, Hainricus Wrfler, Chunradus incisor aput portam, Hainricus dictus Hungaricus, cives ibidem, interfuimus, vidimus et audivimus, quod colonus ecclesie sancti Ypoliti de Veltz, dictus Gater, cum a domino Hainrico eiusdem ecclesie venerabili preposito pro servicio aliquamdiu detento impeteretur, fide data in manus prefati domini prepositi pro se et quodam amico suo dicto Patruo promisit spontanea voluntate, quod, si duo ipsi deinceps in die sancti Martini servicium suum non dederint, Gater videlicet quinque solidos et Patruus LXXV denarios, extunc ipso facto cadant a iure suo, quod eis in predio competebat. In huius rei memoriam et testimonium ad peticionem domini prepositi presentem litteram sigillo universitatisa nostre fecimus sigillari. Acta sunt hec in Sancto Ypolito, indictione sexta, anno domini MCCLXIII,b XIIII. kalendas decembris.
