Graf Heinrich von Hardeck und Albero, Truchsess von Feldsberg, bekunden als Landrichter in Oesterreich, dass der Weingarten in Pichel dem Stifte zugesprochen worden sei und verkündigen den diesbezüglichen Befehl König Ottokars.

    Nos Hainricus comes de Hardekke et Al. dapifer de Velperch, iudices provinciales per Austriam, presenti scripto notum facimus universis, quod‚ cum dominus noster Otakarus serenissimus rex Boemie, dux Austrie et Stirie ac marchio Moravie, causam de vinea quadama sita in monte dicto Puehel‚ quam venerabiles dominus Eberhardus prepositus et conventus Sancti Yppoliti ad se pertinere affirmabant, domino Friderico de Lengenbach dapifero suo audiendam et terminandam conmisisset‚ idem dominus Fridericus in eadem causa processit et eam diffinitiva sentencia terminavit, ita quod ipsa vinea ad ecclesiam sancti Yppoliti libere debeatb pertinere. Prefatus quoque dominus noster rex huiusmodi sentenciam de sua gracia per suasc confirmavit literas taliter continentes:2.... Ut autem huius sentencie confirmacio per dominum nostrum regem facta maius robur habeat firmitatis, presentes literas in testimonium sigillis nostris fecimus communiri. Datum in Sancto Yppolito, anno domini MCCLXVIIII, proxima feria III. postd septuagesimam. Huius autem rei testes sunt hii: dominus O. de Haslowe‚ dominus R. de Valkenberch, dominus O. de Perchtolczdorf, dominus Ul. de Pilhildorf, dominus Ul. de Vihoven, dominus R. de Planchenstain et alii quam plures.
