Nos Goetfridus dei gracia ecclesie Pataviensis episcopus ad universorum notitiam deducimus per presentes, quod nobiles viri Philippus et Syfridus* de Hagnawe, de consensu et voluntate omnium heredum suorum ob salutem et remedium animarum suarum ac omnium progenitorum suorum, cappellam sitama in Anger ante castrum in Hagnawe perpetuo cappellano carentem nec ecciam perb predecessoresc suos aliqualiter dotatam sufficienter cum bonis et certis redditibus, utd cultus divinus augeatur in eadem, dotaverunt, de quibus redditibus cappellanus perpetuus de cetero instituendus in ipsa congrue poterit sustentari, cuius siquidem cappellania presentacio ad Ruedolfum nunc plebanum in Pehemchirichen perb vite sue tantummodo tempora et ad nos institucio pertinebit. Post mortem vero eiusdem venerabiles viri prepositus et conventus monasterii sancti Ypoliti, ordinis sancti Augustini canonicorum regularium nostre dyocesis, nobis ad eandem cappellam amodo dum vacaverit cappellanum presentabunt, qui cappellanus predictam cappellam per unam missam perpetuam inofficiabit et alia divina officia celebrabit in eadem. Pertinebunt etiam ad predictam capellam parrochiani infrascripti sedentes in areis subscriptis: in Duerrenhag, in Fuert, in quidam huba in Rechgraben, in Ausserchasten, in Anger et castrum in Hagnawe cum familia sua et lanei duo in superiori Hagnawe; 1 qui quidem parrochiani ad cappellam prefatam omni iure parriochali pertinebunt et a qua omnia sacramenta percipient ecclesiastica dumtaxat sepultura excepta, que sicut prius ad ecclesiam matricem in Pehemchirichen pertinebit, quorum parrochialium offertorium et alia que obvenire poterunt ab eisdem ad eundem cappellanum pertinebunt, pro quorum restauro supradicte in Pehemchirichen matrici ecclesie per unam decimam et quod dam lingnetumc facta est sufficiens et condigna recompensa. Nosvero considerantes ex premissis cultum divinum augeri, dictam dotacionem et capellani perpetui institutionem iuxta ordinacionem in literis confectis super premissis expressam ratam habemus et approbamus et ea presentis scripti patrocinio, prout provide facta sunt, auctoritate ordinaria confirmamus, dantes super eo has literas sigillo nostro communitas.
