    Nos Fryd. dei gratia Thuringorum lantgravius Mysnensis et Orientalis ruar- chio dominusque terrae Plysnensis omnibus in perpetuum praesens scriptum intuenti- bus volumus esse notum, quod fideli nostro Johanni de Mockow civi in Lypcz et suis iieredibus contulimus atque praesentium litterarum serie concedimus agros et rubeta prope civitatem Lypcz sita, quae vulgariter daz Rosintayl nuncupantur, cum omni iure sicut a uosti'is praedecessoribus in feodo tenuit et possedit iure hereditario perpetuis temporibus possidenda. In cuius concessionis testimonium praesentem litte- ram dari fecimus sigillo nostri principatus roboratam, praesentibus et testibus Wal- thero praeposito ecclesiae Mysnensis protonotario nostro, Hartmudo de Bulewicz, Ebirhardo de Malsleybiii militibus, Wolfhardo civi in Wysinvels, Tyloni de Swercz, Henrico Hardrat civibus in Lypcz et aliis quam pluribus fide dignis. Datum Wysin vels anno domini M°. CCC°. XVIII0 in die beati Bartholomei apostoli.

    Nach dem Orig. im K. Haupt-Staatsarchiv zu Dresden. An einem Pergamentstreifen hängt ein grösseres Bruchstück des Reitersiegels.
