    Nos Albero dei gratia senior burgrauius de Lysnik recognoscimus universis Christi fidelibus visuris vel auditnris praesentem literam, quod pratum, quod Thammo de Olschowe a nobis in feodo habuit, situm prope Euschitz nobis libere resignavit, rogando quod idem pratum infirmis ad sanctum Johannem prope civitatem Lypzk conferremus. Nos autem petitioni suae benivole anuuentes praedictum pratum infirmis eisdem ob honorem omnipotentis dei et suae matris Mariae virginis gloriosae nee non omnium sanctorum atque in remedium animarum nostrarum salutare conferimus et donamus et appropriainus iure perpetuo possidendum. In cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum praesentibus duximus appendendum. Datum Lysnik anno domini
