Conrad von Weigerwerch vermacht dem Stifte einen Weingarten %u Weidling. Dat. Klostern. 30. April 1262. Ego Chunradus de Weigerwerch et uxor mea nomine Alheidis existentes in Niwenburgk vltra Danubium omnibus Christi fidelibus presentem paginam inspicientibus publice profltemur. Quod vineam nostram sitam in Weydnigk iuxta vineam, que dicitur Wasser Wein garten post mortem nostram ecclesie sanete Marie in Newnburgk sine aliqua impedicione parentum nostrorum libere delegavimus isto modo: vi si aliquis dietam ecclesiam post mortem nostram in eadem vinea temptaverit agravare, vinea nostra, quam aput memoratos fratres pro XX libris comparavimus sita in Geswent adeos libere denuo revertatur.

    Verum tamen hoc adiungimus, quicumque nostrum prior decesserit, quod superstes, quamdiu vixerit, ipsam vineam possideat cum quiete nisi forte Dei instinctu eam resignet domui prelibate. Adiungimus eciam, si forte, quod absit, fortuna novercante propter inevitabilem penuriam sepe dictam vineam nos obligare vel vendere oportebit, et poterimus hoc probare, quod nullus nobis pro tempore vite nostre debeat vendendi, sive obligandi copiam denegare, dummodo post mortem utriusque ad sepefatam Ecclesiam revertatur. Et ne ab aliquo nostrum, sire parentum nostrorum presens contractus possit m irritum revocari, presentem literam Domini Ditrici officialis, magistri moncium, et iudicis nostri Wisintonis sigillorum munimineroboratam ipsis fratribus damus in signum evidens et cautelam. Testes sunt Dominus Ditricus officialis, dominus Wernhardus de Eyterbach, dominus Vlricus asinus, Hainricus de Augia, Rudgerus magister curie, Albertus Hof er, Reichbertus, Wikardus sakhaher, Kunradus gener Drileffs, Sifridus. Jubilate Datum in Neunburch per manum Domini Pabonis anno gracie M° CC° LX° II°.
