    Nos Nycolaus dei gracia Ecclesie Neumburgensis prepositus ad noticiam tam preseneium quam futurorum voluimus pervenire, quod omnis impeticio seu dissensio inter Pilgrimum de Polan, et Heinri- cum officialem nostrum de Stoyczendorf pro quibusdam racionibus et questionibus aliis quibuseunque exorta per arbitros, scilicet dominum Marquardum Magistrum Cellarii, Dietricum officialem nostrum ex vna parte, ac dominum Vlricum dictum de Ruchendorf ac Urleugum Judicem Egenburgensem ex altera parte sopita est taliter coram nobis, ut dictus Heinricus de Stoyczendorf silvam quamdam sitam infra Egenburch et Stoyczendorf de cetera debeat iure hereditario retinere, de qua solvet nostre ecclesie nomine census lx denarios annuatim. Item idem dabit in recompensacionem dicte silve premisso Pilgrimo in proximo festo s. Michahelis sex talenta sub testimonio preseneium literarum. Testes D. Ortolfus decanus, D. Otto custos, d. Otto Cellerarius, canonici Neumburgenses. D. H. plebanus saneti loci- D. Rud. de Norcendorf. H. de Ow. Magister Wal. vicarius. Cholo. Wernhardus et alii quam plures.
