    Nos Withego dei gratia Misnensis episcopus recognoseimus et tenore praesen- tium protestamur, quod cum civitatem et castrum Pirne emissemus, gravati bine inde gravi onere debitorum multifarie contractorum domino Conrado de Boruz, ecclesiae nostrae thesaurario viginti quinqué solidos Vribergensium denariorum census annui accedente consensu nostri capituli vendidimus pro tredecim marcis argenti, ut inde libere possit ordinäre, quidquid sibi placuerit in ecclesia Misnensi; quorum decern in festo sancti Micbaelis de manso sito in Scliylow, quem Jobanncs cocus noster possidct, et quindceim solidos de sex molendinis navalibus infra pontem in Albea sitis in festo sancti Martini rccipere tenebitur annuatim aut cuicunque ipsos decreverit deputare, reservara nobis libera potestate, si a festo sanctae Walpurgis nunc instante infra annum ipsos pro tanto decreverimus reemere, ad restitutionem benivole teneatur, insuper tribus maioribus iudiciis, bomicidii, furti et stupri videlicet iurisdictioni nostrae similiter reservatis. In cuius rei testimonium praesens scriptum sibi dedimus nostro et capituli nostri sigillorum appensionibus communitum. Testes huius sunt dominus Siffridus decanus, Heindenricus cantor, Theodericus Budesinensis praepositus, Albertus de Luppe, Jobannes de Strele praepositus in Hayn et quam plures alii canonici Misnenses. Actum et datum Misnae anno domini millesimo ducentésimo nonagésimo secundo in die sanctae Agnetis virginis et martyris.
