    Nos Nicolaus dei gratia decanus ecclesiae Misnensis notum facimus quod

    — Johanni praeposito in Cl6den hanc concessimus — gratiam, quod in non-

    nullis ecclesiis in sede Cl6den etc. — Et ne per nos vel aliquem successorum nostro- rum in praemissis impediri valeat aut in aliquo molestari, praesentem litteram de conniventia, beneplacito et licentia honorabilium virorum dominorum Henrici praepo- siti, Palberti cantoris, Theoderici de Cappellindorf scolastici totiusque capituli eccle- siae Mysnensis super eo scribi et nostri fecimus sigilli appensione muniri.

    Et nos Henricus praepositus, Nicolaus decanus totumque capitulum ecclesiae Misnensis praedictae in testimonium praemissorum secretum capituli nostri praesentibus duximus appendendum. Actum et datum anno domini M°CCC°LXVII° in vigilia Symonis et Judae apostolorum beatorum.
