    Karolus, dei gracia Romanorum rex, semper Augustus et Boemie rex, ma- gistro consulum et consulibus ciuitatis Wratislauiensis, fidelibus nostris dilectis, graciam regiam! Grata et fidelia seruicia, que hactenus nostre obtulistis maie- stati nec cessatis attenta sedulitate cottidie exhibere, hoc exigunt et requirunt, vt vobis reddamur ad gracias liberales. Hinc est, quod ob communem ciuitatis Wratislauie predicte vtilitatem vobis hanc graciam specialem duximus liberaliter faciendam, vt ferinariis Wratislauiensibus, quando et quociens uobis placuerit et videbitur oportunum, auctoritate regia, quam vobis in hac parte plenarie committi- mus, indulgere possitis, vt carnes ferinas quascumque, magnas siue paruas, inte gras et non dimembratas siue dimembratas, diuisas et peciatas, prout eorum vtilitati magis conuenerit, in foro communi Wratislauiensi habere venales possint et valeant absque contradiccione quorumcunque, et huiusmodi indultum ab eisdem possitis reuocare, quando et quociens vobis videbitur expedire harum sub nostro sigillo testimonio litterarum. Datum Prage anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo nono, indiccione secunda, X Kalendas Ianuarii, regnorum nostrorum anno quarto.
