    Fidelitati vestre damus firmiter in mandatis volentes, quatenus vniuersa et singula obstacula wulgariter „wûer" dicta super aqua Odera nouiter instaurate et per quemcumque locata, que hactenus et ab antiquo ibidem aqud vos non fuerunt, annichilare et remouere pro vtilitate ipsius ciuitatis vestre totaliter debeatis facturi in eo taliter, prout vestre industrie in hac parte melius videbitur expedire. In cuius rei testimonio presentes nostras literas vobis de- dimus sigillo nostro regio consignatas.
