    In nomine sanete et individue trinitatis. Liupoldus dei gratia dux Stirie omnibus christi fidelibus in perpetuum. Quoniam decens est et probabile, paternam et avitam benignitatem nos in omnibus sectari, ideo universitatem christi fidelium nosse uolumus, ecclesiam sanete cruris, cui patrocinium hereditario iure debemus, nos per omnia fovere et amplecti. Quocirca, quecunque donatione pie recor dationis patris nostri eidem loco sunt tradita vel concessa, in quibus et nominatim exprimere nunc debitum uectigalium nostrorum in finibus stirensis ducatns decrevimus, fratribus memorati cenobii libere con- cedimus grandia pro parvis et celestia pro terrenis nos sperantes adeptu- ros. Et ut hec rata sit nostre liberalitatis concessio, sigilli nostri inpressione cartam hanc iussimus insigniri. Testantur factum Vlricus de peca, Erchengerus de landeser, Rudolfus de Stadech, Wigandus de Chlam, Hermannus de putten, Dietricus de hohenstoph et Ortolfus fratruelis ejus, Gotsálcus de Froberch, Pertholdus de emberberch.

    Actum est anno incarnationis domini M. C. XC. VII? V? idus Decembris in civitate Wienne.
