Ne rerum gestarum memoria processu temporis euanescat et pereat, discretorum prudentia ea solet per literas eternare.     bona voluntate nostra, de nostrorum consilio vasallorum, dileclis nostris vasallis Io- hanni filio Swederi, Hermanno de Ghutsckow, burgensibus ciuitatis nostre Tanglym, necnon veris heredibus eorundem traductum Olden Vere dictum cum omni iure et utilitate et prouentu, qui nunc in predicto traductu sunt et in perpetuum fieri po- terunt vel acquiri, et ita etiam, sicut eundem traductum et locum eius cum terminis dominus Iohannes de Berlin habuit et tenebat, predictis nostris vasallis duximus conferendum. Insuper eisdem dedimus proprietatem predicti traductus et omnium prescriptorum, quam nos habuimus in eisdem, et eandem proprietatem in ciuitatem npstram Tanglym perpetuo duximus transferendam in hunc modum, quod preme- morati nostri vasalli Iohannes et Hermannus et eorum heredes prenotatum tra ductum absque seruitio et solutione alicuius penitus pensionis de ciuitate Tanglym liberatum perpetuo possidebunt. Cuius rei testes sunt: Rodolphus de Nienkerken, Conradus eiusdem filius, Conradus de Vemeren, Witzlaus de Utznam, Hinricus de Zagenez, f^iltttCUS &t9Ußf milites, Hinricus de Rheno, coquine nostre ma- gister, Iohannes dictus Stedink, Tydericus de Tanglym, magister camere nostre, famuli nostri, Iohannes Sachteleuendt, burgensis in Gripeswoldt, et quam plures alii fide digni.
