    Vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis seu audituris nos Johannes Dei gracia comes Holtzacie || et Stormarie volumus esse notum, quod honestus uir Bertrammus dictus Vorrat, con||sul Lubicensis, pro anime sue remedio honorabilibus viris, domi- nis prepósito, decano et capitulo || а? ecclesie Hamburgensi, viginti quatuor soli- dorum lubicensium redditus perpetuos de primis prouentibus ville Bergh prope

    Lubeke iacentis, annuatim in festo beati Martini expedite tollendos et percipiendos, liberaliter contulit et eciam resignauit; hoc sane expresse, quod idem Bertrammus, quando sibi placuerit, poterit pro huiusmodi redditibus in aliis certis bonis viginti quatuor solidorum redditus comparare et pro iam dictis redditibus in Bergh pre- fatis dominis et ecclesie deputare. Jn cuius rei testimonium sigillum nostrum vna cum sigillo predict! Bertrammi presentibus litteris est appensum. Datum anno Domini MCCCXXXVIIÎ, feria quarta post Penthecosten.
