    Bauseye, concessimus, vendidimus et secundum modum et consuetudinem burgi ville Lenn' Episcopi hac presentí carta nostra confirmauimus || Willelmo de Век de Lenn', clerico, heredibus et assignatis suis pro quadam summa pecunie nobis data pre manibus totum illud tenementum cum edificiis et pertinenciis suis, iacens in villa Lenn' Episcopi, in latitudine inter tenementum quondam Johannis de Bylneye ex parte aquilonari, et communem viam, que vocatur Priouriswatergate ex parte australi, et extendit se in longitudine a communi via sub cimiterio ecclesie sánete Margarete Lenn' versus orientem usque ad magnam ripam Lenn' versus occiden- tem, quod vero tenementum cum edificiis et pertinenciis suis predictus Thomas de Bauseye, dum vixit, in testamento suo venditioni exposuit per executores testamenti sui et post mortem predicte Agnetis, vxoris sue per executores testamenti predicte Agnetis, prout in testamento predicti Thome plenius continetur, habendum et tenen dum totum predictum tenementum cum edificiis et pertinenciis suis predicto Willelmo de Век, heredibus et assignatis suis de capitalibus dominis feodi illius per ser- uicia inde de iure debita et consueta imperpetiuim.
