    lligo Heinricus de Lipa, Capitaneus Morauie, Regni Boemie Summus Marschalcus, ad yniuersorum noticiam volo in perpetuum peruenire, Quod cupiens apud pietatem Gloriose dei genitricis virginis Marie, mee anime de aliquali remedio prouidere, ipsius Beate Marie Monasterio, dicto Aula sancte Marie virginis in antiqua Brunna, ex consensu et ex certa sciencia dilectorum Heinrici Capitanei Regni Boemie, et Johannis, filiorum meorum, duas siluas meas, adiacentes Bonis in Obersez et Jehnicz, cum omni iure et libertate, sicut hactenus ea habui, donaui et dono presentibus, vt perpetuo ad ipsum Monasterium pertinere debeant, sic vt venerabilis in Christo domina Abbatissa et Conuentus sanctimonialium ibidem de ipsis tamquam de ipsorum alijs bonis hereditarijs possent facere quitquid velint, Renunc- cians omni iuri et accioni, que michi et meis heredibus in ipsis siluis conpetunt, aut possint competere in futurum, vt autem hec donacio firma, et inviolabilis permaneret ipsis, domine Abbatisse, et Conuentui Monasterij predicti, de eisdem siluis in Zuda et Colloquio generali Brunne, coram nobili viro domino Johanne de Mezirschicz, Camerario Brvnnensi et Znoy- mensi, et Prsybislao de Bircowi Zudario Brunnensi, presentibus nobilibus viris, dominis Wznata de Lomnicz, Ingramo de Vngersberch et Potha de Wildenberch, cessi ac eas libere designaui, In cuius rei testimonium et robur perpetuo valiturum, Ego et filius meus Hein ricus predictus, presentes scribi, et nostris, cum predictorum dominorum, domini Johannis Camerarij, Prsybislay Zudarij, Wznate, Ingrami, et Pothe sigillis, qui ea ad nostram in- stanciam presentibus appenderunt, fecimus communiri.
