    JV)s Fridericus dei gracia dux Austrie et Styrie, Dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis, ad vniuersorum cupimus noticiam peruenire, Quod nos attendentes grata et fidelia obsequia, que viri prudentes Ciues Brunenses fideles . nostri deuoti Illustri quondam fratri nostro, Regi Bohemie impenderunt vsque ad ipsius obitum, et que nobis exhibere poterunt in futurum, omuia Jura, libertates, et gracias ipsis a predicto quondam fratre nostro donatas liberaliter, et concessas, ratas, et gratas habentes promittimus, et spondemus inuio- labiliter obseruare, et eas nichilominus, postquam in Regem Bohemie coronati et assumpti fuerimus, Sigillo nostro Regio confirmari, In cuius rei testimonium Sigillum nostrum presen- tibus duximus appendendum. Datum per manus magistri Bertoldi, Prothonotarij nostri, in campis citra Jemnicz, Anno domini Millesimo, Trecentesimo, Septimo, VI. Idus Augusti.
