    Nos wernhardus dei gratia Ecclesie Patauiensis Episcopus presentibus confitemur, quod dilectus nobis Chunradus decanus Ecclesie in Spannberch vineam suam in Cholgrueb sitam Nivnburge in der weidink conparatam sua propria et priuata pecunia non conquisita de prouentibus Ecclesie sue predicte venerabili fratri domino perhtoldo preposito Et Conuentuj Ecclesie in walthusen vendidit pro Octoginta duobus talentis denariorum vsualis monete et venditionis titulo seruata circa hec sollempnitate solita transtulit in eosdem. Et nos ad petitionem partium contractum vendicionis huiusmodi auctoritate ordinaria de certa scientia confirmandum duximus in hiis scriptis nostro sigillo in testimonium roboratis, Datum wienne Anno domini M.° CCC.° Septimo, Sexto Jdus Januarij.
