Habend, et tenend. de me et heredib3 meis libere, quiete, pacifice, et honorifice. Reddend. inde annuatim mihi et heredib3 meis ad festum sancti Martini p omni seruicio et seculari exactione et demanda. Pro hac vero donatione et confirmatione dederunt mihi Abbas et monachi sex marcas argenti.
