    C I A N T presentes et futuri quod ego Rob. de Stocport concessi et hoc presentí scripto meo confirmaui Deo et c^^-^ Abbati et conuentui domus de Stanlawe tres acras terre, illas scilicet, quas habent de Henrico de parua Carleton versus occidentalem partem illius ville. Ita, scilicet, quod ego R. nec heredes mei nullum ius seu clameum preter preces et orationes, in predictis trib3 acris nunquam exigere vel vendicare poterimus.
