    Albertus dei gratia dux Austrioe et Styrioe dominus Carnioloe, Marchioe ac portus Naonis omnibus in perpetuum. Desiderantes ex intimo cordis affectu nobis memoriale perpetuum et sempiternum remedium praeparare ad promotionem novellae plantationis Celloe angelicoe Pataviensis diocesis Cisterciensis ordinis favorem nostrum duximus liberaliter exercendum potissime, cum reverendus in Christo pater dominus noster Wernhardus venerabilis Pataviensis episcopus eandem fundationem nobis obtulerit nosque ipsam utpote veri fundatores in defensionem privatam et graciam receperimus specialem. Hinc est, quod nos sub spe remunerationis divinae abbati et conventui remedium Cellae angelicae damus et concedimus facultatem omne granumet vinum, quod pro domo sua necessarium habuerint, deducendi denuntiantes et decernentes ipsos et bona praemissa ab omni praestatione mutae seu thelonei in omnibus locis nostrarum mutarum liberos et immunes. In cujus rei testimonium praesentes dedimus literas nostro sigillo munitas. Datum et actum Patavioe anno domini millesimo ducentesimo nonagesimo septimo in dominica: Circumdederunt me.
