Wernhart von Chalheim, Canonicus von Passau, Dechant und Pfarrer in Pilichdorf vermacht seinem Bruder Heinrich und seiner Base Diemut einen Weingarten in Nussdorf zum Leibgeding, welcher nach ihrem Tode dem Kloster Engelszell anheimfallen soll.

    In nomine Domini amen. Ego Wernhardus de Chalhaym, Canonicus Pataviensis, Decanus et Plebanus in Pilichdorf notum esse cupio presencium inspecturis universis, quod inter cetera, que ultimam et finalem meam voluntatem esse per instrumenta alias desuper confecta contestatus sum, vineam meam in Nuzdorf, sitam in monte dicto Purchstal, legavi fratri meo Domino Hainrico et Domine Diemudi matertere mee, relicte quondam de Slaet ad dies tantum suos, sub hac condicione, quod nec frater meus, neque matertera mea jam dictam vineam ipsam vendere, obligare aut aliquo alio modo alienare presumant, sed eis decedentibus vinea prius dicta integra cum omni jure suo pro remedio anime mee transeat ad monasterium Celle Angelorum libere et perpetuo possidenda. In cujus rei testimonium sigillum meum proprium presentibus est appensum. Datum Wiennae anno Domini millesimo C.CCXXXI in vigilia s. Laurentii martyris.
