      Eberhardus dei gratia Salzburgensis ecclesie archiepiscopus, apostolice sedis legatus, universis presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in vero salutari. Ne acta nostris gesta temporibus per decursum temporis a memoria elabantur, sollers hominum industria ipsa consuevit scripture amminiculo perhennare. Noverint igitur omnes tam presentes quam futuri nos dilecto in Christo fratri nostro Ottoni venerabili preposito ecclesie nostre propter sedula ac fidelia obsequia sua in quadam silva, que nostri iuris et dominii actenus extitit retro Flacho/vwe, ubi amnis Plaevsnich preterfluit, simul cum alpe eodem nomine nuncupata scilicet Plaevsnich quatuor mansus, qui vulgo walthube appellantur, simul cum decima nos attingente hac interiecta condicione liberaliter tradidisse, ut ipse diebus vite sue ipsam donationem pro sua persona quiete debeat possidere, post hac vero, cum sibi placitum fuerit, in conmunes vel speciales usus fratrum ecclesie eiusdem possit libere ordinare.
