Nouerint vniuersi tam posteri quam presentes, quod ego Sophya relicta quondam Popponis militis de Eyzenstal cum consensu ac voluntate beniuola Wichardi filii mei, omniumque heredum meorum vendidi redditus duorum talentorum ac xxiiij denariorum in Grauenperg sitos domui ac conuentui sanctimonialium in sancto Bernhardo Ordinis cysterciensis nomine ac tytulo iuste hereditatis sicut eos hactenus possedi libere imperpetuum possidendos pro xxiiij talentis et dimidio wiennensium denariorum, quos eciam michi iam integraliter profiteor persolutos. Que bona, redditus videlicet supra dictos ego vna cum predicto filio meo Wichardo in manus domini Stephani de Meyssowe marshalci austrie fundatoris monasterii nominati vicem ipsarum dominarum in suscipiendis eisdem gerentis omnimodis resignaui obligans ipsi domui sanctimonialium supradicte pro assecuracione possessionis quiete in perpetuum bona equivalencia, sita in villa in qua resideo in pevgen scilicet, quorum inferius nomina exprimuntur, Vlricus soluit de beneficio v. sol. minus viij denariis, Chvnradus tenk de beneficio dimidium talentum, heinricus Obzer de duabus areis quintum dimidium sol. de area antiqui kegelarii lxxij den., de area antiqui bawari xv den. Otto de Chrueg dictus in empach sive in Riuulo x den. Igitur si redditus primodictos aliquis contra domum et conuentum sancti Bernhardi in posterum iure euicerit, aut a possessione eorundem ailenaverit, iuris ordine, ex tunc ipse conventus hec bona secundo descripta ut indempnis omnino maneat loco venditorum reddituum obtinebit. Et ut hec vendicio atqae obligacio nullam imposterum calumpniam paciatur a quoquam, has patentes ego Sophia et Wichardus filius meus predicti conferimus domine Offemie abbatisse ac conuentui supradicto in testimonium sigillo domini Stephani de Meissow predicti, cum sigillum non habeamus proprium, sigillatas.
