Ne res geste ex volubilitate temporis pereant necesse est ut literarum testimonio roborentur. Inde est quod ego Wulfingus dictus de Sunberch omnibus qui presentes literas perspexerint, fore cupio manifestum, Quod ego religiose femine Eufemie abbatisse et conventui aput sanctum bernhardum unum beneficium in Waiczendorf solvens tres solidos denariorum anuatim vendidi pro quatuor talentis denariorum minus LX denariis, ab ipsis, sicut ego possedi, iusto proprietatis tytulo in posterum possidendum, ipsarumque utilitatibus profuturum, super quo eciam beneficio secundum ius terre me defensorem promitto de omnibus, a quibus dicte domine aliquit calumpnie poterunt sustinere. In cuius rei testimonium hos patentes dictis dominabus confero sigilli mei ac domini Stephani de meyssow munimine roboratas. Huius rei testes sunt, dominus Stephanus predictus de meyssow, Marschalcus austrie, Dominus Aloldus de Cheyow, Hii ministeriales, Dominus Wolfhardus de Duernpach, Dominus Vlricus de Vellebrunn, Milites, Hainricus de Wiltperch, Lewtwinus gener suus Clientes Et alii quam plures. Datum anno domini Millesimo Ducentesimo LXXXXIVo. In octava assumpcionis sancte Marie.
