Stephan der Slyemer, Conventbruder im Minoriten Kloster zu Tulln verkauft Niklas dem Kürschner und seiner Hausfrau sein Haus zu Tulln in der Bäckerstraße, wovon man dem Frauen Kloster zu Tulln 50 Wiener Pfenning Grundrecht dient, Kaufpreis 12 Pfund Wiener Pfenning.
