Niklas der Chlueg, Bürger zu Tulln und seine Hausfrau verkaufen dem Hanns Charnauff ihr Haus zu Tulln auf dem Milchmarkt, wovon man dem Frauen Kloster zu Tulln in 2 Terminen jährlich 62 Pfenning Grundrecht gibt, um 55 Pfund Wiener Pfenning.
