In nomine Sancte et indiuidue trinitatis Cůnradus diuina fauente clementia romanorum rex secundus. AEquitas iusticie et regni auctoritas nos admonet ecclesiis deo dicatis more predecessorum nostrorum temporalia largiri, ut in uisione glorie regem in decore suo uidere mereamur pro temporalibus eterna recepturi. Eapropter omnibus christi nostrisque fidelibus tam futuris quam presentibus notum esse uolumus, qualiter nos pro anime nostre remedio necnon interuentu dilecte coniugis nostre Gertrvdis regine et Agnetis karissime matris nostre et assensu dilecti fratris nostri Heinrici marchionis ac humili petitione Bertolfi uenerabilis abbatis ecclesie Garstensi in honore sancte dei genitricis Marie consecrate quadringentos mansos in silua nostra, que uocatur Ritmarch uidelicet a fluuio Jowerniz usque ad fluuium Agast et exinde usque ad terminum sclauorum legitima donatione concessimus edicto regali statuentes, quatenus prefatys Bertolfus abbas suique successores et fratres in eadem ecclesia deo famulantes predictos mansos sub termino prenotato constitutos proprietatis iure possideant et in quoscunque uoluerint usus propria deliberatione nostra freti auctoritate redigant. Decernimus ergo, ut nullus successorum nostrorum regum seu imperatorum aut alia quelibet persona magna seu parua hanc nostram concessionem infringat, sed, sicut prenotatum est, abbas ecclesie Garstensis omni deinceps tempore libera possessione obtineat. Ut autem hec nostra concessio firma permaneat, hanc inde cartam scribi et sigilli nostri impressione insigniri iussimus manuque propria, ut infra uidetur, corroborantes, qui presentes aderant testes subternotari fecimus, Quorum hec sunt nomina: Theodewinus sancte Rufine episcopus apostolice sedis legatus, Heinricus Ratisbonensis episcopus, Otto Frisingensis episcopus, Peregrinus patriarcha Aquilegiensis, Embrico Wirzeburgensis episcopus, Otto Ratisbonensis prefectus et filius eius Otto, Fridericus aduocatus, Geuehardus comes de Burchusen, Geuehardus comes de Sulzebach, Folcradus comes de Lexmunde, Bertolfus comes de Andes, Outhelricus dux, Comes Albertus de boga, Cůnradus comes de Bilstein, Vothelricus de Willeringe, Hertvvic de hagenowe, Wernhart de Julbach, Fridericus de hunesberch, Raffolt de Sconeberch, Otto de Rora, Hetel de wizenbach, Poppo de Paerericswanch.
