Ego Hartnidus de Ort Marschalcus Styrie Notifico vniuersis hanc litteram inspecturis, quod, cum venerabilis Abbas Gerstensis Ecclesie nomine Reimbertus coram domino meo illustre (sic) Duce Austrie et styrie Livpoldo proposuisset contra me querimoniam super eo, quod officiales mei et iudices circa Chirichtorf in illo iudicio, quod a me semper in illis partibus habere noscebatur, homines Gerstensis Ecclesie, qui vix vndecim nummero (sic) habebantur, et iudiciis et locis statutis volebant sepius ad sua tribunalia coartare et nisi coram eisdem meis iudicibus iuri starent, ad emendationes sicut alios illius provintie indigenas acriter conpellebant, ego non ualens dicte Gerstensis Ecclesie uel abbatis prefati pressuras in meam animam sustinere, precepi meis iudicibus et officialibus Hilpoldo et omnibus aliis sibi succedentibus, quod de cetero nunquam cogitent perturbare predicti Monasterii Colonos et homines occasione premissa, ut ipsa Ecclesia deinceps tali gaudeat libertate. Huius rei Testes sunt dominus Vdelschalcus de Chlaus, dominus Otacherus de Slirbach, dominus Gvndacherus de styr, dominus Otto de Roer, dominus Rvdolfus de Lauterpach, Wilhalmus de pevsenbach, Hertwicus, Heinricus, Perchtoldus, Eberhardus de Wessencke mei fideles et alii quam plures. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras abbati de Gersten Reimberto et suis successoribus tradidi ad cautelam. Datum et Actum in Welsa anno domini M.CC.XVII. in christo feliciter AMEN.
