    In nomine patris et filii et spiritus sancti. Ego Alrammus de chlinpach in scriptis protestor futurorum et presentium memorie conmendando, quod Rembertus abbas et uniuersitas conuentus sancte Marie in Garsten michi liberisque meis tantum et non nepotibus predium in cherbach sub annuo censu unius videlicet talentj concesserunt quo ad meam uitam meorumque filiorum tantum possidendum. Solutioni uero census tempus pro mea uoluntate fuit ab ipsis prefixum festum uidelicet natiuitatis dominj et beate virginis purificatio ea condicione, quod, nisi ego uel filii mei intra duo illa festa predictum censum sine difficultate solueremus, ab omni eiusdem predii cecidissemus detentione, nulla mihi uel ipsis super eodem uel aliqua ipsius re amodo conpetente actione uel peticione. Inciperem autem censum antedictum soluere post primos tres annos uenturos a festo natiuitatis domini proximo uenturo conputandos. Acta sunt hec in domo Garstensium anno incarnationis domini M.CC.XVIIII. VI. Idus Junii. Huius rei testes sunt Magister ditricus plebanus (sic) de walchirchen, Vlricus de grvonburch, Gernot miles, levtoldus de rvolsheim, Otakarus de stein, Ernst de Asperch, Otto de levbenpack, Rvodel sagittarius de lengbach, Rvodolfufus (sic) de ternperch, Heinricus de chomsperch, Sibot gloglar, Otakarus prevhaven, ditricus sluzlar, Rvodolfus abbas de chremsmunster, Gerunch de camera, Volricus preco, Herwich, lambertus. Vt autem in nullo concessio ipsorum possit uacillare (sic) presens scriptum meo sigillo munitum ipsis sponte tradidi ab ipsis scriptum ipsorum sigillo munitum e conuerso recipiendo.
