Dominis et Amicis dilectis G. abbati, F. priori de Admvnde, H. archidyacono de Grvoscharn judicibus ab apostolica sede delegatis H. de petenbach dei gratia archidiaconus et canonicus patauiensis chori et plebanus in Wartperch deuotum obsequium. Reuerentie uestre presentium testimonio declaramus, quod nos justitiam diligentes et iuris equitati omnimodis intendentes causam, que uertebatur inter nos et Abbatem ab monasterium de Garsten super quibusdam decimis in Ramesouwe arbitris conmisimus terminandam uidelicet abbati de Crhemesmvnster et preposito de domo sancti floriani, qui pecuniaria pena nos ad standum arbitrio obligantes rationibus utriusque partis auditis et diligenti deliberatione prehabita ex sentencia pronunciauerunt, quod nos abbatem et monasterium in Gaersten in prefatis decimis ius habere recognosceremus et confiteremur et eas ab ipso reciperemus nomine monasterii tenendas et hoc arbitrium confitemur nos recepisse et promisisse, quod stemus eidem.
