    Rudegerus dei gratia Patauiensis Episcopus vniuersis, quibus presens littera fuerit demonstrata, Salutem in domino. Continentia litterarum presentium uobis duximus declarare, quod, cum nuper aput Gaerstin essemus personaliter constituti, ex priuilegiis dicte ecclesie nobis exhibitis et prelectis nobis constitit manifeste, quod curia sita in loco, ubi Rvomnich in Anasum fluuium labitur, et curia super Gastaige, quibus Ditmarus de Stiria ab Ecclesia Patauiensi se asserit infeodatum, ad prefatam Ecclesiam in Gaerstin inmediate et cum omni iure sacerdotali debeant pertinere. Et ne quisquam in posterum calumpniose nomine Patauiensis Ecclesie uel ex eius infeodatione sibi in ipsis curiis in grauamen ecclesie Gaerstensis aliquid iuris uendicet uel usurpet, presentem litteram roboratam munimine Sigilli nostri prefate ecclesie pro testimonio dedimus et cautela.
