Fridericus dei gratia dux Avstrie et Stirie et dominus Carniole omnibus presentem paginam inspecturis salutem in domino. Licet omnibus hominibus nostris esse velimus, vt est iustum, auxilio fauorabiles et subsidiis tam parati, vt nobis eorum obsequia fidelitatis referant argumentum, illis tamen, qui nos cottidiana presentia non relinquunt et fideliter nobis per omnia famulantur, gratiori volumus liberalitatis gratia subsidium impertiri. Hinc est, quod nos servienti et venatori nostro Heinrico de Molna houbam sitam apud ecclesiam ibidem cum omnibus attinentiis, sicut pater meus inclite memorie dux Leupoldus Heinrico prefati venatoris patri contulerat, assignamus et de nostre magnitudinis largitate aliam houbam in Geizperch cum suis pertinentiis et quinque colonos in duobus prediis in der Garnwide ad nostrum granarium servientes eidem Heinrico concedimus titvlo pheodali. Datum per manum magistri Leupoldi prothonotarij et actum apud Hintperch anno domini M. CC. quadragesimo primo.
