In nomine domini Amen. Nos Ottakarus dei gratia Rex Boemie, dux Austrie et Stirie ac Marchio Moravie omnibus in perpetuum. Diuine Maiestatis essentia, cuius multiplex providentia in huius mvndi Palatio relucessit, pro inpensis beneficiis condigne laudatur, nam sicut cuncta altitudine potentie sue de nichilo produxit in esse ac eadem rectitudine veritatis sue in essendo gubernat, sic plenitudine bonitatis sue remunerat vniuersa. Hinc est, quod ad dei omnipotentis gloriam et honorem, cuius in manibus cor Regis dependet, Monasterio Gerstensi ... venerabili abbati et conventui fratrum eiusdem Monasterij omnia Ivra et Libertates sibi a predecessore nostro Otakaro Ducis (sic) Stirie bone memorie concessas ad plenum recognoscere volumus ac ipsum Monasterium ... abbatem et conventum pretacti Loci eisdem iuribus et libertatibus singulis et vniuersis et spetialiter in duobus Mansis forestariis sitis apud fluuium Gavelentz venationum deductionibus et piscationibus libere congaudere secundum continentiam Priuilegiorum ipsis a dicto duce Otakaro super premissis iuribus et libertatibus concessorum. In cuius Rei testimonium euidens et cautelam, ut premissa iura et libertates intacte permaneant et inconvulse et ne a quoquam vllo modo infringantur, presens scriptum nostrorum Sigillorum mvnimine fecimus conmvniri presentibus hiis testibus, qui aderant, annotatis: reuerendo in christo patre et domino Brunone venerabili Episcopo Olomvncensi, Erkengero de Lantse (sic) Dapifero, wlfingo de Stubenberch, Friderico dj (sic) Petovia, wernhardo dicto Prausselino, Gvndakaro de Habspach et aliis quampluribus fide dignis. Actum et Datum in Newenchirchen Anno domini M. CC. LX.Quinto, VIII Indictione, VI. Kalendas Madij per manus magistrorum vlrici et Petri Prothonotariorum nostrorum predilectorum Regni nostri Anno Quarto.
