    Uniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis Aliron de Riccardis, Canonicus sancti Marci de veneciis; Collector ab apostolica Sede datus super decimis terre sancte Subsidio deputatis et hiis, que ad decimas ipsas pertinent necnon super legatis et obuencionibus ad Romanam Ecclesiam vtcumque prouenientibus in Salzburgensi prouincia, Pragensi, Olomucensi, Eihstitensi et Bambergensi Ciuitatibus et Dyocesibus prouincie Moguntine Salutem in domino sempiternam, vniuersitatem uestram scire uolumus per presentes, quod constitutus in nostra presentia vir discretus Marquardus Abbas de Goersten nobis humiliter supplicauit, quod, cum decimam terre sancte Subsidio deputatam, que ipsum contingit, absque graui et irreparabili sui Monasterio dispendio non posset soluere ista vice, Sibi super huiusmodi dispendijs prouideremus misericorditer et ad soluendam ipsam decimam daremus inducias longiores. Nos igitur suos deffectus [sic] multiplices, quos nobis exposuit, conpassionis oculis attendentes eidem Abbati de gratia speciali duximus concedendum, vt in festo sancti Michaelis futuro proximo terciam partem tocius decime, quam tenetur, nobis apud wiennam vel ei, qui in hac parte gesserit vices nostras, debeat assignare iuxta id, quod a nobis instanter ot humiliter supplicauit, Alioquin exconmunicacionis sentenciam incidat ipso facto. In cuius Rei testimonium presentes Litteras Sitbi tradidimus nostri Sigilli munimine Sigillatas. Datum wienne ij. Inranti Junio, Pontificatus domini Martini pape iiij. Anno tercio.
