    Nos Marquardus dei gratia Gerstensis Ecclesie Abbas et Conuentus notum fieri volumus vniuersis hanc litteram inspecturis, quod nos hainRico dicto Harbrvnner et suis heredibus Curiam nostram super Monte et Mansum in Leuntinge iure ciuili contulimus tali pacto, quod ipse ac sui heredes de eodem predio In natiuitate Beate MaRie MaRie (sic) virginis soluant vigintj solidos annuatim et si censum predictum supersederint dare termino prenotato, tunc emendam nouerint accreuisse. Et si forte propter inopiam vel casum quemlibet eadem bona eos alienare contigerit, nobis privs offerant nostris vsibus redimenda, ante quam ad manus alienas transeant, tenore quolibet occupanda. Actum et Datum in Gersten Anno domini M.CC.LXXXVIIJ. x.
