Notum sit presentibus et futuris, quod vir discretus ditmarus videlicet de schachen et vxor sua chvnegundis fevdum eorum dictum in Grveb iuxta decursum anasij Garstensi monasterio legauerunt et pro diebus suis conditionem huiusmodi posuerunt, vt, quamdiu simul ambo vixerint, de memorato feodo triginta denarios wiennensis pro censu singulis annis soluant, mortuo vero vno superstes qui fuerit evndem censum adiectis aliis triginta denariis duplicabit, Cum autem viam vniuerse carnis ambo ingressi fuerint, premissum feodum ad Gaaerstensem ecclesiam hereditatis tytulo libere pertinebit. Ne igitur aliquis heredum vel propinquorum ipsorum delegationem huiusmodi audeat reclamare, presens instrumentum sigillis domini Marchardi venerabilis abbatis in Gaersten et sui conuentus in premissorum testimonium mvnierunt.
