    Nos Ulricus dei gratia Gerstensis Abbas Totusque Conuentus ibidem presentibus litteris protestamur, Quod Rudolfus ciuis de waidhofen cognomine Motzo quondam ab antecessore nostro pie memorie abbate friderico decem domos decimales sitas in Gavlentz iuxta fluuium, qui eodem nomine dicitur Gavlentz, Chvnegundi vxori sue et alteri Chvnigundi et Alhaidi filiabus suis ad dies filiarum vite ipsarum iure, quod leibgedinge dicitur impetrauerat, quarum vna filia prius prenominata Chvnigundis proch dolor viam adijt vniuerse carnis. Item uir Rudolfus Motzo diuina inspiracione conpunctus Jvs vxoris sue ea viuente propria voluntate ipstus vxoris dicte ecclesie absque omni exactione libere resignauit tali forma, quod nos omni anno in Octaua sancti Martini in secunda vespera placebo et vigilias ob remedium anime sue et vxoris et omnibus heredibus suis a toto conuentu decantare debemus et in sequenti mane missam pro defunctis cum conpulsacione campanarum, et eodnm die debet vnicuique sacerdoti potus augmentari per mensvram propriam, que prebenda eorum dicitur. et ut hec inconuulsa et rata permaneant, has litteras sibi dedimus nostrorum sigilorum munimine roboratas.
