    Nos Marquardus dej gratia abbas Ecclesie Formbacensis Totusque Conuentus eiusdem locj Coram vniuersis ac singulis presentium inspectoribus publice profitemur, quod vnanimi Consilio et Consensu Reuerendo in Christo Patri et Domino vlrico Abbati Ecclesie in Gersten omnique Congregacionj eiusdem Monasterij vineam nostram quantitate vnius jugeris et Pomarium cum vniuersis attinencijs sita versus Rehperch juxta fluuium dictum Chremsa pro triginta quinque Talentis Denariorum winnensium libere vendidimus proprietatis Titulo perpetuo possidenda hac condicionis forma nichilominus interiecta, vt Prefatus Abbas et Conuentus annis singulis Honorabilj viro Domino vlrico De Chappelln sev vices suas gerenti pro jure Ciuili Sexaginta denarios in festo Beati Michahelis archangeli presentare non negligant quoquomodo. vt autem presens Tractatus irreuocabilis permaneat et a nostris successoribus sine erroris scrupulo perseueret, Sepedictis Abbati et Connuentui presentem Paginam tradidimus Duorum Sigillorum appendiciis roboratam nostri videlicet et Conuentus. Huius rei Testes sunt Eberhardus judex in Hertzogenburch, Heinricus Sweuus, Sifridus, Gebhardus molendinator, Chunradus Oleator, albertus villicus, albertus molendinator. Datum in Hertzogenburga anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo, Tercio Idus aprilis in die Leonis Pape.
