    Nos fridericus dei gratia abbas in Chremsmvnster et Conuentus ibidem notum facimus et constare volumus vniuersis presencia inspecturis, quod cum Hainricus Officialis in Perwinden Ecclesie in Gersten, qui nobis et ecclesie nostre proprietatis vinculo attinet et ligatur, nobis insciis quandam Gerstensis ecclesie sibi matrimonialiter copulasset et ob hoc ipsum, prout debeantus de iure, intenderemus ledere et grauare, Tandem ad preces et instanciam venerabilis domini abbatis de Gersten in hoc cepimus de communi consilio omnium residere (sic), quod primus heres predictorum Hainrici et vxoris sue ex nunc prout ex tunc in dominium et homagium Ecclesie nostre transeat pleno iure, reliqui vero heredes ipsorum in posterum nascituri ad vtramque Ecclesiam Gerstensem et nostram condiuidantur sub pari numero et equali. Et ne ea, que in presens placitum sunt deducta, per obliuionem aliquam obsolescant vel a cavillosis hominibus aliqua contrarietas cenobio dampnosa oriatur, ad pleniorem euidenciam presens placuit confici instrumentum. Datum in Chremsmunster anno domini M°.CCC°. sexto in crastino Ambrosij Episcopi.
