    Nos Frater Henricus Ordinis Fratrum minorum Bei Gratia Chyemensis Ecclesiae Episcopus omnibus Christi Fidelibus Salutem in Salutis Auctore. Cum ad diluendas culpas hominum Sit peccatorum remissio per diuinam indulgentiam postulanda, Igitur ob excitandam deuotionem catholicam et Spem Saluationis a sui erroris deuijs redeuntibus faciendam Fiducialiter in domino praesentibus protestamur, nos (de) Domini Dei authoritate, et misericordia Suaeque Sanctissimae Genitricis Virginis Mariae et Petri et Pauli beatorum Apostolorum confisos Suffragijs uniuersis de Sui Facinoris pondere releuamen desiderantibus, dedicationem et Anniuersale Monasterij Sancti Andreae Apostoli Glunicensis Ordinis sancti Benedicti Patauiensis Dioecesis adhuc peragendam singulis annis accedentibus dies quadraginta criminalium, de quibus confessi et contriti non Satisfecerint per operis exequentiam, in perpetuum misericorditer indulsisse. In cuius rei memoriam et euidens testimonium nostrum iussimus his patentibus Sigillum appendi. Datum Salisburgae Anno Domini millesimo Ducentesimo Septuagesimo tertio, quarto Kalendas Septembris.
