    Johannes episcopus Seruus Seruorum dei Dilectis filiis .. Abbati et Conuentui Monasterij in Gluenich ordinis sancti Benedicti Patauiensis diocesis salutem et apostolicam benedictionem.||
    Cum a nobis petitur, quod iustum est et honestum, tam uigor equitatis quam ordo exigit rationis, ut idem per solicitudinem officij nostri ad debitum perducatur effectum. Eapropter dilecti in domino filij uestris iustis postulationibus grato concurrentes assensu omnes libertates et immunitates a predecessoribus nostris Romanis Pontificibus siue per priuilegia uel per alias indulgentias uobis et uestro Monasterio concessas necnon libertates et exemptiones secularium exactionum a Regibus et Principibus ac aliis christi fidelibus rationabiliter uobis et Monasterio uestro predicto indultas, sicut eas iuste et pacifice possidetis, uobis et per uos eidem Monasterio auctoritate apostolica confirmamus et presentis scripti patrocinio conmunimus. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc paginam nostre confirmationis infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Siquis autem hoc attemptare presumpserit, indignationem omnipotensis dei et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Auinione ij.
