    Ottakerus dej gracia Bohemie rex, dux Austrie et Stirie, Marchio quoque Morauie dilectis fidelibus suis omnibus ministerialibus, judicibus, mutarijs per superiorem ac inferiorem austriam constitutis gratiam et omne bonum. sicut sepe litteris et legacionibus nostris vobis intimauimus, sic tenore presentium significandum duximus iterato, quod propter honesta et fidelia seruicia, que nobis ac nostris exhibuit et semper exhibere non desinit, dominum Abbatem de Maennsee totumque conuentum suum in nostram protectionem recepimus et fauorem, quem Abbatem specialem Capellanum curie nostre ascribentes hanc sibi faciendo graciam specialem, vt omnia victualia sui claustri per totam terram nostram et per aquas traducere debet sine omni exactione qualibet atque muta, non obstante, si forte mutas nostras uel iudicia alijs quam officialibus nostris dabimus uel locabimus aliquando. siquis autem judicum uel Mutariorum apud chremsam, stayn, Ibsam, Mathawsen siue Linczam hanc donacionis nostre graciam infregerit vllo ausu, sciat se maiestatem nostram grauiter offendisse.
