Otacharus Dei gratia Bohemorum Rex, Dux Austriae et Styriae, Marchio quoque Moraviae Dilectis fidelibus suis omnibus Ministerialibus, judicibus, Mutariis per superiorem et inferiorem Austriam Constitutis gratiam suam et omne bonum. Sicut semper litteris et Legationibus Nostris vobis intimavimus, sic tenore praesentium significandum duximus iterato, quod propter honesta et fidelia servitia, quae nobis ac nostris exhibuit et semper exhibere non desinit, Dominum Abbatem de Maense totumque Conventum suum in nostram protectionem recepimus et favorem, quem Abbatem specialem Capellanum Nostrae Curiae asscribentes hanc sibi faciendo gratiam specialem, ut omnia victualia sui Claustri per totam terram Nostram et per aquas traducere debeat sine exactione qualibet atque Muta non obstante, si forte Mutas nostras vel judicia aliis quam Officialibus Nostris dabimus vel locabimus aliquando. Si quis autem judicum vel Mutariorum apud Chremsam, Stain, Ipsam, Muthuzen sive Lintzam hanc donationis nostrae gratiam infregerit ullo ausu, sciat se Majestatem nostram graviter offendisse.
