Otacharus Dei gratia Rex Boemiae, Dux Austriae et Styriae, Marchio Moraviae Fideli suo Pincernae de Dobra gratiam suam. Volumus et mandamus, quatenus Abbatem de Mense in bonis illis in Ischil, quae propter Deum et salutem animae Nostrae Ecclesae suae contulimus, possessione gaudere facias pacifica et quieta, non permittens eum in eisdem a Salzmagistro vel ab alio quoquam ratione judicii vel advocatiae seu alicujus Steurae aliquatenus aggravari, quia bona eadem, quae illi et Ecclesiae suae contulimus de Regiae Celsitudinis Nostrae gratia speciali, ab omni exactione et advocatorum et judicum omnium potestate volumus esse libera omnimodis et exempta.
