    Bertholdus dei gratia Babenbergensis episcopus omnibus presentium inspectonbus tam presentibus quam futuris Salutem in domino sempiternam. Cum a nobis sepius impetrentur littere, per quas nostris ecclesiis nobis nescientibus et in hac parte existere non valentibus, quamuis de hoc doleremus, possent forte dampnum et preiudicium generari, Nos volentes hospitali in pyrno monte, quod ex competenti racione amore ac fauore speciali amplectimur, quolibet dispendio, quo posset incidere occasione huiusmodi, discrecione prouida precauere, omnes litteras quibuscumque personis, ecclesiis aut monasteriis datas a nobis uel dandas, que tali modo uiderentur esse in dampnum et preiudicium dicti hospitalis, decernimus penitus nil valere ac nullum robur habeant firmitatis, sed sunt irrite et inanes, cuiuscumque tenoris extiterint, etiam si de uerbo ad verbum istarum litterarum facerent mencionem. Et ne processu temporis de hoc aliqua oriatur dubietas, presentes litteras conscribi fecimus et nostri sigilli robore communiri. Datum in domo dicti hospitalis anno domini M. CC. quinquagesimo nono, XV. Kalendas nouembris.
